What are the vaccination requirements?All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella ("Kennel Cough" - administered a minimum of 72 hours prior to stay), Distemper/Parvo, Flea, and Tick preventative. Proof of vaccination is to be provided prior to arrival.

Can I still bring my dog in for boarding or day care if only some of their vaccinations are expired?We are sorry, but NO exceptions will be made. This is for the health and safety of everyone's pets.

What should I bring for my pet?Food, medications, special toy or blanket if needed. Please label your pup's food with his/her name.

Are appointments/reservations required?Yes. Reservations are ALWAYS required. Pickup and drop-offs schedule outside the hours of operation and on holidays are by appointment only.

Is my deposit refundable if I cancel/change a reservation?50% deposits are required at time of reservation. Deposits are not refundable but may be used on a future reservation less a $30 rebooking fee.

Can I bring my dog in for a bath if he/she is not a guest?No. Baths are for boarding and daycare doggies only.

Do all dogs get outside/inside play time together?With prior approval, doggies will be allowed to play in groups if they have a good temperament and are social/friendly with other dogs. If your pet doesn't like strangers or you prefer them not be in group play, your pet will still get individual play time.

Can I check on my pet during their stay?Of course! Please feel free to call or email during normal business hours. We will provide you with a doggie "report card".

What are normal drop-off and pick-up hours?7:00 - 9:30 a.m., 12:00 - 3:00 pm, and 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. seven days a week. Other times and holidays are by appointment only.

What day's are considered holidays?New Years Day, memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
